Shipping Policies

In most cases it takes 5-7 business days for orders to process. Once processed, your order should arrive 3-7 business days once shipped via Canada Post, UPS, or DHL. Please note processing times and shipping times are different. 

 

During busier times (holidays, pandemics) processing and shipping times may take longer. 

 

International Orders 

 

International orders usually arrive 5-7 days once shipped.

 

Returns

There are no exchanges or returns. When making an order please ensure you have the correct name and address to avoid delays. 

 

If you get an incorrect order please take a picture of the order number and the unworn item and send a email to thehairlair1@outlook.com within 48 hours of receiving your item. Once confirmed  we will start the exchange process.

 

Please note: We do not take back any hair that has been tampered with in any form. Ensure that the hair is tied at the top and in the original packaging. If you need more information please email us.
